House waiting:
Is to provide access to your home as necessary in your absence. Per your instruction we will wait on tradesmen, carpet cleaners, painters, and/or other craftsmen, package and product deliveries, and other services that you may require. Items, such as furniture, delivered to your home will be inspected for damage and completeness of order before being signed for. We will wait until deliveries are made and/or until work is completed, if required. We will secure your home and do a home inspection during this time.
- Have your alarm monitoring company call us if your alarm is activated.
- Home checks conducted for ill, homebound or vacationing residents.
- Worried about your children, call us and we will check on them for you.
- We are fully licensed and insured to protect your home with you, call us for a quote.
- Uniformed Security Guard will attend.
Handyman services:
Are available (with your authorization) for minor repair and maintenance of your home. If it is beyond the scope of general handyman services we can acquire the services of a tradesman.
Mail checks:
We will check and empty mailboxes including doorstep flyer boxes. If requested, we will sort and forward mail to you and alert you regarding couriers or packages.
Plant care:Indoor house plants require water, fertilizer, and benefit from regular rotation. We will ensure your plants are well cared-for.
Small pet care:Small indoor house pets often cannot make a trip with you, and usually do not like to leave their regular home environment. Pets including hamsters, birds and even cats require feeding, water and a bit of TLC. We can provide short term care for your small pets in your home.
Photo updates to you:If you are feeling a bit homesick or missing the family pet, we can email photos to you which you can pickup on your email or via cellphone (if requested).
Outdoor yard care:Mowing, fertilizing or even picking up leaves is not a problem for us. We can ensure regular watering of plants, gardens and lawns and keep your home looking occupied and well presented at the same time.
Snow removal:Removing snow while you are away will help keep walkways clear and ensure local bylaw compliance. Get your home or business on the list!
